Balance AIREX® products are active therapy and training devices based on the renowned AIREX® soft foam. The Balance-pad Elite is a further development of the tried-and-tested balance pad. On the one hand, the special embossed structure on the top and underside provides a non-slip surface, and on the other, it pleasantly stimulates the receptors in the feet during barefoot balance training. The 6 cm thickness gives the Balance-pad Elite the desired destabilizing properties. The foam gives way and the body is constantly called upon to maintain balance and stabilize joints. As a result, more deep muscles are called upon than would be the case if the same exercises were performed without the Balance-pad Elite. The brain's control function is stimulated, and receptors in the area of the joints and fascia system react in an enhanced way.

Training with the Balance-pad Elite can perfect combined fitness and coordination skills such as strength, stamina, differentiation and sense of balance. It can be used for rehabilitation, prevention, leisure and competitive sports. As an ideal complement, we recommend an AIREX® mat as a support, especially for exercises performed in the supine or lateral position, for example.

The highly flexible closed-cell foam absorbs neither moisture nor dust, is extremely hard-wearing and the hygienic antimicrobial equipment even keeps aggressive MRSA Co bacteria at bay.
