There are 4 basic positions for effective handling of the balloon launcher's shooting system:

- Tilt on the vertical axis to shoot at ground level, mid-height or in the skylights.
- Horizontal (lateral) movement for shots to the left or right of the goalkeeper.
- Oblique tilt for top-spin and back-spin shots.
- Tilt the upper part for a powerful effect.
