1 - Do you have the item in stock ?
If you can add the product to your shopping cart, Click For Foot will deliver the item within the delivery time indicated on the item page (under the "add to cart" button)!If you order several products at the same time and they have different delivery times, the delivery time of the order is based on the longest delivery time. Click for foot reserves the right to split shipments.
Out-of-stock products simply cannot be added to the shopping cart.
2 - When will my order arrive?
Once you have chosen your product(s), which will appear in the shopping basket, and before paying for your order, you will be offered several means of transport, depending on your delivery location and the size of your order.
- DPD, Point relais.All ordersbefore 4 p.mWill be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday).Delivery in France to over 5,000 DPD Pickup relays. Lhe parcel will be delivered in a relay point against signature.
- DPD, home delivery.Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday)Elect your own delivery day directly by SMS,from our warehouse. Delivery against signature.
- DPD, European delivery.Orders placed before 4pm (French time) will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday). Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands (5 to 7 days). Austria, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom (7 to 9 days). Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Ukraine (9 to 14 days).
- Geodis On Demand - France. Carrier for orders over 30kg.Once my order has been dispatched, I choose mydelivery day (Monday to Friday).
- Geodis On Demand - Eurofirst Export - Carrier for orders over 30kg. Delivery in 24/48h in Europe. Once my order has been dispatched, I choose my delivery day online (Monday to Friday).
- Colissimo Europe, Switzerland, Maghreb, Overseas -La Poste services are used for shipping in Europe, Switzerland, Maghreb and Overseas for orders under 30kg. Delivery is expected within 7 to 30 days depending on your zone.
- Fedex Express- Carrier for orders to the Middle East. Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Oman, Qatar. We cannot guarantee a fixed delivery time due to customs and regulations. Shipment by air.
- Withdrawal Entrepôt (Andrézieux-Bouthéon). For those lucky enough to live in the Loire region, this delivery option is available. Your order will be prepared as quickly as possible, nur service will contact you to arrange a pick-up, service is free of charge.There is no charge for this delivery method.
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with a link to track your package online.
Please note: for payments by cheque, packages will only be dispatched once the cheque has been received.
3 - What are the different payment methods ?
We offer 4 payment methods. Credit card, Paypal, bank transfer and cheque.
- Payment by credit card. This method of payment is fully secured by the bank, and your bank details do not pass through our server. At the last stage of the order process, click on the logo corresponding to your card type (CB, VISA or MASTERCARD: select the credit card payment method, no distinction is made between the different card types). A new page will then open, where you can enter your credit card details. You are now on the bank's secure site, and can check that the address begins with https://, the "s" standing for "secure".- Payment by Paypal. Paypal is a payment method for regular online shoppers. Simply enter your login details if you already have a Paypal account.
- Payment by bank transfer. To pay by bank transfer, select the Bank Transfer payment method so that all the information is displayed, in order to proceed with your payment. As soon as we receive your bank transfer, we will proceed to dispatch your order within the new delivery time indicated on the item sheet.
- Payment by cheque. For this type of payment, the order is shipped upon receipt of the check. Cheques should be made payable to Click For Foot. Please write the order number on the back of your cheque so that we can easily trace your order when we receive your payment. The address to send the cheque to: Rue Henri Guillaumet, Zac des Murons, 42160 Andrézieux-Bouthéon. You will be informed by email as soon as we receive your cheque.
- Payment by Administrative Order (Chorus Pro). Payment method dedicated to public administrations. Please contact us.
4 - How do I return a product ?
The return or exchange of goods must be made within 14 days (from the date of delivery) after validation by Click For Foot of your request previously made by email:contact@clickforfoot.com or by post. It must express your wish to withdraw without any ambiguity, mentioning the order concerned by this withdrawal. Products must be returned at your expense to Click For Foot, rue Henri Guillaumet, ZAC des murons, 42160 ANDREZIEUX-BOUTHEON
How to return a product :
- As soon as you receive confirmation that your return has been processed, prepare a box (reuse the one we used as best you can) for your product. Include all accessories and the box, so that the product can be put back on sale. Protect it from damage in transit. Include your order form or retraction form, or simply write your order number on plain paper.
- Then send your parcel to our address: Click For Foot, rue Henri Guillaumet, ZAC des murons, 42160 ANDREZIEUX-BOUTHEON
- On receipt of the products, if the conditions set out above are met, we will immediately refund you or issue a credit note corresponding to the amount paid.
Withdrawal form
Please complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
5 - I've received a broken or incorrect product. What should I do ?
Simply use the contact form on the site to contact us directly. By entering your name, e-mail address and the subject of your message, your request will be processed as quickly as possible. Give us the order number and the product concerned, as well as an explanation of the state of receipt. We will then send you a returns slip by La Poste or DPD so that you can send the product back to uswithout paying shipping costs. As soon as we receive it, we will send you a new product.
To ensure that your request is processed quickly, we will also need photos of the damaged product and, in the background or on the side, the parcel label stuck to the delivery box. The package number should be clearly visible on this label. Finally, don't hesitate to attach photos of the delivery carton if it is damaged. Please note that photos should be taken against as neutral a background as possible.
6 - Where can I find a Click For Foot store ?
We have no Click For Foot stores in France. We only have a warehouse where our various services are grouped together, and which cannot accommodate customers. You can only pick up your order with "Retrait Entrepôt" delivery

7 - My parcel is indicated as delivered but I haven't received anything. What should I do ?
This case is extremely rare, but it's a good idea to know how to deal with it.
First stageCheck your e-mails and spam, and ask your neighbors, the building superintendent or anyone else who may have received the parcel for you.
- Visit our store on the "How to track a parcel !"Enter your tracking number (e.g. DPD => 8881418520-) and look at the delivery information.
- Do not hesitate to contact your local DPD or GEODIS platform for further information. Distribution problems with the driver may have occurred.
- If you have not received any information concerning your parcel => call us at04 77 43 21 90. An investigation will be opened by our teams with the carrier.
8 - How do I redeem my loyalty points ?
By purchasing items from the store, you earn Click For Foot loyalty points.This can then be converted into a couponwith your next order.Your loyalty rewards must be converted in your customer area. Log in to your account and in the tab "my loyalty points"Click on the link and convert your points into a discount voucher. This will be confirmed as a discount code, to be used on your next order.

9 - How do I get an online quote ?
To obtain a quotation, you can add items to your basket. Once you've added all your items, transform your basket into a quote by clicking on the "transform this basket into a quote" button. You will then receive your quotation by e-mail.

10 - How do I turn a quote into an order ?
You can click on "My quotations" in your customer area, then on the "Proceed to payment" button. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or telephone.
