All Propriofoot exercises are performed in a standing position. The principle is simple: balance on one foot!

Exercises last around 15 seconds, starting with eyes open and arms wide apart, and ending with eyes closed and arms crossed. Propriofoot plates are always used in pairs, and enable up to 20 combinations to be performed, each with a precise action and therapeutic effect.
