Iso-inertial technology offers concentric/eccentric training and incredible results thanks to the power generated. Its use is recommended for top-level athletes and physical trainers in their quest for performance, as well as for physiotherapists in reathletization.

Small (only 11 x 20 cm), powerful (generates a resistance force of up to 60kg) and light (only 800 g), HANDY GYM™ GO has no conventional weights: all the discs are extremely light and the exercise does not involve lifting this weight. Instead of weights, the disc is an essential part of HANDY GYM™ GO because without it there would be no resistance.
