Flowin Pro
The Flowin Pro principle is based on friction movements of the skates on the plate. These gliding movements can be performed using the hands, knees or feet. This is an extremely effective tool for body toning, rehabilitation and physical preparation. The level of difficulty of the exercises can be adjusted by selecting different movements and modulating the speed of execution.
The Flowin Pro includes a friction plate, two friction glides for the hands, two glides for the feet and one glide for the knees. Accessible to all ages, this Flowin Friction Training gym offers levels of difficulty ranging from easy to very difficult.
