The Mini Gym Timer from 4Trainer features an LED display, with highly visible two-color digits. It's easy to position thanks to its magnetic back, which lets you attach it to any magnetic surface.

It includes a dozen pre-set parameters and lets you program specific intervals for personalized training sessions. Using your smartphone, set the number of laps, work time and recovery time, or select one of the Bluetooth® preset work modes directly.

Technical specifications :

- Save: Up to 10 customized training programs.
- Tabata program: 20 sec work, 10 sec recovery x 8 sets.
- FGB program : 5 min work, 1 min recovery x 3 or 5 rounds.
- Pause : Pause, mute sound.
- Reprogram timer.

Designed for all sports, training and skill levels, with numerous programs. The MINI GYM TIMER 4TRAINER can be attached to the gym, basketball hoop or other parts of the room. Withmagnetic absorption, no screws are required for installation.

Each digit is illuminated by seven-segment LEDs in blue (revolutions) and red (working time) for optimum visibility.
