Advanced customization:

This versatile stopwatch offers a dozen pre-defined settings, but goes further by allowing you to create specific intervals for tailor-made training sessions. Program and save up to 10 customized training programs for fast, efficient use.

Intuitive remote control:

The remote control supplied with the Gym Timer offers convenient remote control. It lets you save programs, launch Tabata sessions or "Fight Gone Bad" workouts, pause programs, switch to silent mode, and even reprogram the timer on the fly.
