Book: Football - a technical-tactical approach
Éric Caballero has created an innovative work that sets itself apart by starting with an analysis of the game and then guiding the design of technical and tactical training.
All the principles of the game, both offensive and defensive, are detailed in four chapters: offensive transition phases, defensive transition phases, defensive phases, attacking phases. The author proposes 80 thematic sessions, developed in the form of resolutely practical worksheets, to work on the different principles of the game. In all, educators benefit from 400 varied sequences for designing their training sessions.
