Ian Jeffreys has established himself as one of the UK's most distinguished and qualified fitness specialists. He is Professor of Physical Preparation at the University of South Wales and was Physical Preparation Coach for the Welsh Schools National Rugby Team.
He has worked with athletes, clubs and sports organizations from junior to professional level all over the world. Ian Jeffreys is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer with distinction from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is registered with the British Olympic Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
